Identity of the contracting parties
On the one hand, the ORGANIZER, as provider of the contracted services, is TAHE PRODUCTOS COSMÉTICOS SL, with registered office at Av. Grecia, Parcela 5.1 – Pol. Industrial Las Salinas, 30840, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia, CIF B30163406 and with customer service telephone +34 968 891 100.
On the other hand, the PARTICIPANT, identified on the website by means of an e-mail address, for which he/she has full responsibility for use and custody, and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the ORGANIZER.
Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between the ORGANIZER and the PARTICIPANT at the moment the PARTICIPANT accepts, by checking the corresponding box, during the online contracting process. The contractual relationship involves the PARTICIPANT’s participation in a contest organized by the ORGANIZER.
This contractual document shall govern the contracting of services through the website https://taheadvancedbarber.com, property of TAHE PRODUCTOS COSMÉTICOS SL (hereinafter, the Website).
The realization of the payment by the PARTICIPANT, means that:
• You have read, understand and comprehend the foregoing.
• Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract
• Assumes all obligations hereunder
• You are of legal age, act on your own account and meet the requirements for participation.de participación
These conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to registrations made through the ORGANIZER’s website.
Contracting procedure
The PARTICIPANT, in order to access the contest conducted by the ORGANIZER, must register through the Website by creating a PARTICIPANT account. Therefore, the PARTICIPANT must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (RGPD), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this Website.
The PARTICIPANT shall be assigned a user name and password, undertaking to make diligent use thereof and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the ORGANIZER of the loss or theft of the credentials or possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that the ORGANIZER may proceed to block them immediately.
General clauses
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, payment to the ORGANIZER shall constitute acceptance by the PARTICIPANT of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the PARTICIPANT may differ from those of the ORGANIZER if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the ORGANIZER.
The PARTICIPANT must verify, in the payment confirmation e-mail, that his/her data are correct for a correct participation in the contest.
Assignment and legal validity
The PARTICIPANT may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations assumed when making the payment. Should any stipulation of these conditions be considered null and void or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality and fulfillment of the rest shall not be affected in any way, nor shall they be modified in any way. The PARTICIPANT declares that he/she has read, knows and accepts these General Conditions in their entirety.
Right of withdrawal
The PARTICIPANT has the same rights and deadlines to proceed with the refund , both in online and offline mode. The PARTICIPANT has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the date of making the payment, to cancel the payment (Art. 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March). The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:
1. For software applications or digital products that are directly downloaded through the ORGANIZER’s website
2. Cuando sean productos personalizados o aquellos exentos por razones de higiene u otras excepciones legalmente previstas en el Art. 103 de la Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo.
All refunds must be communicated to the ORGANIZER, through the form provided on the website, or by e-mail to info@taheadvancedbarber.com, indicating the reference number of the payment.

Any claim that the PARTICIPANT considers appropriate will be dealt with as soon as possible, and may be made at the following contact addresses:

A) Online Dispute Resolution (Online Dispute Resolution)
Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the PARTICIPANT and the ORGANIZER, without recourse to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. B) Claim forms
We have complaint forms (official model) available to consumers and participants, which you can request at any time using the contact details provided in point 4 of this document so that we can provide them to you.
Force majeure
The parties shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure. The performance of the obligation shall be delayed until the cessation of the case of force majeure.
Price and invoice
Any payment made to the ORGANIZER shall entail the issuance of a simple invoice or ticket in the name of the registered PARTICIPANT or the company name provided by the PARTICIPANT at the time of placing the order. This invoice or simple ticket shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the PARTICIPANT. For any information about the order, the PARTICIPANT may contact the ORGANIZER by telephone at +34 968 891 100, the customer service number of the ORGANIZER, or by e-mail at info@taheadvancedbarber.com.

The ORGANIZER offers the following ways to pay for an order:
• Credit card: no discounts or charges will be applied.

The shopping cart does not have any administrative link, it is only a section where you can simulate a budget without any commitment on both sides.
From the shopping cart you can place an order by following the steps below for its correct formalization:
• Verification of billing data
• Checking the e-mail address
• Selection of payment method
• Placing the order (purchase)
Once the payment is processed, the system instantly sends an e-mail to the ORGANIZER’s management department and a summary of the purchase to the PARTICIPANT.
Orders (purchase requests)
Within a maximum of 24 working hours, an e-mail will be sent to confirm the status of the order and to confirm participation in the contest.
Applicable warranties
All services offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description. All of them comply with the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and participants and other complementary laws.
TAHE PRODUCTOS COSMÉTICOS SL will be liable to the consumer or PARTICIPANT for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the good, content or digital service, and the consumer or PARTICIPANT may require the entrepreneur to remedy the lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established. The ORGANIZER and the PARTICIPANT agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the PARTICIPANT any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject of these Conditions.
In the event that the PARTICIPANT is domiciled outside Spain, the ORGANIZER and the PARTICIPANT expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of 30840, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia (Spain).
