THE BARBER WHO TRANSFORMS LIVES THROUGH TRAINING AND LEADERSHIP
Fernando Gómez is a barber and trainer from Murcia with more than 12 years of experience in the sector, who has turned his personal career into an example of self-improvement, innovation and commitment to professional education. His journey began with an inadequate initial training, which far from discouraging him, pushed him to seek excellence. He moved to Madrid, where he lived for three years and trained with a master who also worked as a trainer, marking a before and after in his way of understanding and living barbering.
Currently, Fernando runs two of his own barbershops: La Barbería de Fer Javalí and La Barbería de Fer Murcia Centro, in addition to leading one of his greatest achievements: KINZE SCHOOL & SHOP, the largest barbershop academy in Murcia and one of the most outstanding in Spain, with more than 140 students in active training. This space, which also houses the most complete specialized barber store in the region, offers all the tools, products and machinery available in the market, consolidating itself as a reference point for professionals in the sector.
With a team of eight people, Fernando has not only been able to build a solid business, but also an educational project with impact. His academic background includes degrees from the Complutense University of Madrid (Trainer of Trainers levels 1 and 2, and the Certificate of Professionalism in Teaching Vocational Training for Employment), as well as a Master's Degree in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence from the University of Salamanca, a Business Master's Degree in Sales, Leadership and Entrepreneurship, and a Master's Degree in Communication and Public Speaking, which reinforces his profile as a leader and educator.
Fernando is passionate about personal and professional growth, and strongly believes in a practical, close and transformative training. With a clear vision of what it means to be a barber in the 21st century, his goal is to empower new generations with real tools, authentic motivation and solid values. His human approach and energy have made his project a driving force for change in Spanish barbering.
