A BARBER'S TRADITION REINVENTED: INNOVATION AND EXCELLENCE AT THE SERVICE OF THE MODERN MAN
Born and raised in the heart of classic barbering, he represents the seventh generation of barbers in his family. Twenty years ago, driven by curiosity, the desire for change and his commitment to professional evolution, he decided to broaden his horizons and learn new techniques. His training was perfected with the Pivot Point method, while continuing to participate in master classes and specialized training in men's hairdressing to remain at the forefront of trends and offer the highest quality techniques.
The transformation of the sector and the need to adapt led him to reinvent his business, turning it into a more commercial and profitable men's hairdressing salon. To achieve this, he invested in management and business management training, consolidating an efficient and attractive model for his clients. This effort was recognized in 2021, when it received the award for best digital project for Salón Look in the Digital Transformation Awards, as well as an award for its business trajectory granted by the Torre Pacheco City Council.
In 2022, he joined the management and coordination team of Tahe Advanced Barber, bringing his experience and leadership. His specialization includes performing current cuts with fast and effective methods to optimize time, improving all areas of the salon such as laser hair removal, incorporating tattoo artists and sales areas, and implementing innovative actions such as the “Bearded Man Day” or the “Groom Special”. It also leads training for teams in sales techniques and offers exclusive services designed for men's care, such as anti-stress treatments, cleansing and skin and hair care.
He currently directs “Briones Peluqueros”, a consolidated project with a team of five professionals, reflecting his leadership capacity and his vision for innovation in the male barbering sector.
