Iñaki Molano began his career in the world of barbering at the age of 13, learning the trade in his father's barbershop. Since then, his passion and dedication have led him to become a leading figure in the industry, with more than a decade of experience as a national trainer since 2010.
Recognized for his professional excellence, Iñaki has obtained important distinctions, such as the prestigious “Q of quality of Bizkaia” and the “5 stars” awarded by the Barberías con Encanto platform. In addition, he has been the organizer of the Barber Battle del Norte, a key event in the Spanish barbering calendar. His participation in the competitive field is equally outstanding, having competed and acted as jury in various national and international battles.
His career includes the honor of being a member of the Spanish national hairdressing team, representing Spain at the World Cup in Paris, and in 2023 he was recognized as one of the Top 2 Most Influential Barbershops in Spain by the Soy Barbudo platform. His influence in the sector goes beyond his work in the barbershop, as he also serves as vice-president of two of the main hairdressing associations in Bizkaia: IPB and BIENBIZ, promoting the development and professionalization of the guild.
