Tahe Advanced Barber Awards. II Edition.
Organizer
Tahe Advanced Barber (hereinafter, the organization), male line of Tahe Productos Cosméticos, with registered office at Avenida de Grecia, Parcela 5.1. Polígono Industrial Las Salinas 30840 Alhama de Murcia – Murcia (Spain) and tax identification number B30163406.
Participation
The contest is open to hairdressing and barbering professionals from all over the world.
Categories
- Rising Stars: this category is open to professionals under 25 years of age.
- Creative Styling: in this category the creativity and originality of the professional’s haircut will be evaluated.
- Cut and beard: this category will evaluate the professional’s ability to perform a haircut and beard grooming with a complete and defined finish.
- Collections in this category a collection will be evaluated under a solid and defined concept.
Registration
- Participants must register on the competition website taheadvancedbarber.com/awards before July 17, 2025.
- Registration will cost 120 euros and the participant will be entitled to participate in as many categories as he/she wishes without the need for additional entries. Only one entry per category will be allowed.
- With the registration, the organization will give each participant a batch of Tahe Advanced Barber products valued at 220 euros for the realization of the works. In the event that a product is out of stock, it will be replaced by another of equal or greater value.
- The shipping cost of the pack will be borne by Tahe for entries from Spain and Portugal. For all other countries, registrants must choose between paying the shipping costs or waiving the pack. The customer will be contacted to know their preference for receiving the pack. The shipping cost of the pack will be calculated according to the shipping address provided by the customer and the customer will be informed of the corresponding cost before proceeding with the payment. In case the customer decides to forgo the pack, no additional charge will be made.
- Participants must provide their full name, e-mail address, telephone number, city, country of origin, name of the salon where they work, VAT number and category or categories in which they wish to participate.
Participation requirements
- Participants must be active professional hairdressers.
- Participants must accept and comply with the legal terms and conditions of the contest.
How to enter
- Select a model to help you create your Tahe Advanced Barber Awards look (Note: a professional model is not required).
- Cut your model’s hair and style it, according to the chosen category, with Tahe Advanced Barber products.
- Choose the wardrobe and make-up according to the style and overall concept of the look.
- Adjust the lighting for the photo shoot.
- Take three BEFORE AND AFTER photos with neutral background and no visible accessories:
- One frontal photo.
- One side photo.
- One back photo.
- Note: The images must show the model from the upper torso.
- Upload photos of maximum 5 MB.
- Provide a brief explanation of the inspiration and products used to create the look.

Phases of the competition
- The contest will be held in two phases:
- Qualifying phase: online modality. Participants must submit their work(s), by September 17, 2023, in the following form https://taheadvancedbarber.com/formulario-trabajos/ after completing the registration process. Three BEFORE AND AFTER photographs will be required for each entry (one front, one side and one back), in case of participating in more than one category. The jury will select ten (10) participants per category to advance to the next phase.
- Final phase: on-site modality. The fifteen finalists will perform a live work on November 9th at Tahe Advanced Barber’s facilities located in Alhama de Murcia. In order to participate in this final phase, participants must come and work with their own model (travel and accommodation expenses excluded). The organization will provide the finalists with as many products as necessary for the realization of their work and will not be allowed to work with other products outside this line. A specialized jury appointed by the organization will evaluate the works and will announce the three winners of these awards (one per category) on the same day.
- The dates and deadlines for each phase of the competition will be determined by the organization and will be duly informed to the participants at the time of registration. The organization reserves the right to modify the dates and deadlines at any time for justified reasons.
Selection of the winners
The winners will be chosen in the third phase of the competition by a specialized jury appointed by the organization. The jury will evaluate the works of the finalists according to the criteria of originality, creativity, technique and final finish. The jury’s decision will be final and will be announced at the awards ceremony.
Prizes
This contest will award three prizes to the participants who obtain, in each category, the three best rankings:
Winner:

- €1,000 worth of Tahe Advanced Barber product material.
- Commemorative trophy.
- Participation as a technician-accompanying person to an international training given by Tahe Advanced Barber by a Tahe Advanced Barber technician.
- Free attendance to Tahe Advanced Barber trainings during the year 2026 (travel and accommodation expenses excluded).
- Tahe Advanced Barber merchandising.
Second place winner:

- 500 euros in Tahe Advanced Barber product material.
- Commemorative trophy.
- Tahe Advanced Barber merchandising.
Third classified:

- 300 euros in Tahe Advanced Barber product material.
- Commemorative trophy.
- Tahe Advanced Barber Merchandising.
Intellectual Property:
A) Participants guarantee that the works submitted are original and do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.
B) Participants grant the organization the exploitation rights over the works submitted for a period of 10 years.
C) The works submitted may be used by the organization for advertising, promotional or dissemination purposes of the contest, without generating any right to any remuneration in favor of the participants.
Protection of personal data:
A) Participants authorize Tahe Advanced Barber to use their personal data for the management of the contest and the delivery of the prizes.
B) Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data through taheadvancedbarber.com/contact.
C) Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in force at the time of registration.
Modifications and cancellation of the contest:
A) The organization reserves the right to modify the legal bases of the contest at any time and without prior notice.
B) The organization reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time for justified reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation in favor of the participants.
Acceptance of the legal bases:
A) Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of the legal bases.
B) Any doubt or controversy that may arise in relation to the contest or its interpretation will be resolved by the organization and its decision will be final and unappealable.
